  • Ink and paper
4to (10 3/4 x 8 3/4 in.; 273 x 223mm).  Title-page printed in red and black, 3 photographic illustrations by Evans.  Publisher's heavy paper covers with fold-over flaps, enclosed in glassine dust-wrappers; some dust soiling to covers, mostly at extremities, glassine torn with some loss.  Red buckram slipcase and chemise; some wear.
