4to (8 3/8 x 6 1/2 in.; 213 x 165mm). Frontispiece and head- and tailpiece printed in color after watercolors by Lawrence, title-page printed in red and black. Publisher's heavy paper covers with folded flaps enclosed in glassine dust-wrappers; glassine torn away at upper half of spine, resiulting in some light browning to spine. Marbled slipcase; worn.
