the deep rounded sides rising from a short straight foot to a lipped rim, covered overall in a rich black glaze with characteristic russet streaks pooling thickly to two full drips just short of the foot, revealing the purple-brown body
Condition
There is a section to the rim that has been broken into two small pieces approx. 1 1/2 in. 3.7 cm) wide and 1/4 in. (1 cm) deep and put back in, with associated crack extended to the unglazed body.
