The base is drilled with a circular hole for lamp wiring. There is an elliptical hole in the foot, and a patched area in the foot where a small section has been cut out, with residue on the inner edge. There is a patched area at the base of the vase, and a crack that has been stabilized with a patch in the side of the vase, visible in the interior, and another patch at the base of the neck.
