Description

an elegantly scrolling crestrail terminating in rounded ends, joined to slender curved stiles and a wide S-curved rectangular splat, the serpentine outline arms recessed with the rounded ends continuing, supported by shaped brackets, and with a hardwood seat within a molded frame above a shaped and beaded apron, all resting on cylindrical legs joined by four ascending stretchers

Condition

There are splits to both rounded ends of the crest rail. There is a patch repair to one side post and one back leg. The spandrels below the hand grips are replaced as is the apron below the foot rest. The joints are a bit loose and have been previously consolidated. There is significant wear to the surface.
