woven in metal thread and silks with nine gold five-clawed dragons surrounded by clouds, auspicious emblems, bats and cranes, enclosed within borders of terrestrial diagrams rising from waves, clouds and lishui stripe at the sleeves and hem, the gold-striped sleeve extensions ending in matching black horse-hoof cuffs, with similarly patterned collar band edged with brocaded borders

A Northern Ohio Estate.
Condition
There is fading to the front and the lining to the interior body is missing. There is a two-inch long tear to the left sleeve, and some signs of wear along the horizontal fold line through the shoulder and sleeves between the back and front. The collar band has come loose and there are loose threads around the brocade edging on the collar. There are some stains near the hem and general signs of age.
