The ring centring on a translucent oval jadeite cabochon of emerald green colour, to a surround set with baguette and brilliant-cut diamonds together weighing approximately 1.80 carats; and pair of matching ear clips, each suspending on a pear-shaped jadeite cabochon of translucent emerald green colour. surmounted by variously-cut diamonds altogether weighing approximately 2.35 carats, mounted in platinum. Colour and Clarity: According to Jadeite Jade Testing Certificates, the jadeite cabochons are natural, Type A Jadeite Jade. Please refer to the certificates for details. In our opinion, the jadeite cabochons have fine translucency. The jadeite cabochon on ring is of slightly deep, medium green colour; two other smaller cabochons are of medium emerald green colour. Upon illumination, there are some cloud inclusions, but generally not noticeable in normal lighting and not seen when worn. Diamonds altogether weighing approximately 0.50 carat, are about F to G colours, overall of VS clarity but the tiny round diamonds on ring are probably of SI. Condition: Vintage platinum mounts, signs of normal wear to the metal, overall in very good condition.
