Description
- natural pearl, diamond, platinum
The stylised pendant suspending a natural pearl drop measuring approximately 13.50 x 11.10mm, highlighted by two brilliant-cut diamonds together weighing approximately 2.50 carats, decorated by eight button-shaped natural pearls measuring approximately 5.80 to 6.05mm, to a necklace composed of geometric link millegrain-set with circular-cut diamonds, the diamonds together weighing approximately 9.00 carats, mounted in platinum, length approximately 785mm, detachable to form two necklaces, length approximately 365mm and 420mm respectively.
Condition
Colour and Clarity: According to the SSEF report, all nine pearls are natural, saltwater pearls. Please refer to the report for details. In our opinion, the pearls are of white colour, with slight rosè overtone, good to very good lustre with minor surface blemishes which are not noticeable unless close and careful check. Eight smaller pearls on pendant are off-round to round to naked eyes, and the largest pearl hanging to the bottom is of drop-shape. Two largest round (old-European cut) diamonds set on the pendant weigh approximately 1.00 to 1.10 carats each, about H to I colours, VS2 clarity. Other smaller diamonds are mostly H to J colours, a few of K, VS2 to SI clarity.
Condition: Art Deco jewellery, necklace can be detached and worn separately as two necklaces. Signs of wear and surface abrasions to the metal, otherwise in good condition.
