Comprising: a set of six mother-of-pearl and seed pearl shirt studs; two tie pins, one set with a ruby and diamonds, the other with a diamond; three collar stays, one decorated with the monogram MGE in blue and red enamel; and two pairs of cufflinks, one pair accented with emeralds and diamonds, five small stones deficient, part illustrated.

Please see our Important Notices and contact the jewellery department for further information. Set of six mother-of-pearl and seed pearl shirt studs: each numbered 538 on the reverse. Mother-of-pearl and seed pearls in good condition, mother-of-pearl with good orient and lustre; some with light dirt and/or glue stains, fitted case. Rube tie pin: cushion-shaped ruby weighing approximately 1.50 - 1.75 carats, medium strong saturation, medium dark tone, with typical crystal inclusions, some surface reaching, some nicks and abrasions to girdle edge visible under x10 magnification. Diamond bright and lively. Signs of normal wear to the metal consistent with age and use. Diamond tie pin: cushion-shaped diamond measuring 3.20 x 3.05mm (depth not possible to gauge due to mounting) in star-setting. Signs of normal wear to the metal, tarnish consistent with age and use. Three collar stays: One monogrammed MGE, enamel in good condition. Other two in two tone metal, smaller one stamped 15, British import mark for 15 carat gold used from 1904 - 1932. Two pairs of cuff links: one pair in two tone gold, stamped 15, British mark for 15 carat gold. Signs of normal wear to the metal consistent with age and use. Second pair set with circular-cut emerald and rose diamonds of decorative quality. Five small emeralds deficient. Signs of wear to the metal consistent with heavy use; may benefit from professional cleaning. Total gross weight approximately 42 grams.
