Of serpent design, the scales set with baroque freshwater pearls, accented with single-cut diamonds, the eyes set with circular-cut garnets, length approximately 170mm.

Condition

Accompanied by The Gem & Pearl Laboratory report no. 10255, stating that samples of the pearls, measuring from 13 x 11 x 7-8 mm to 11 x 4.2 x 2 mm, were found to be natural, freshwater. Garnets medium-dark red. Pearls of white body colour, partly pink and green overtones, with medium lustre, some dull, few pearls with hairlines. Diamonds bright and lively. Clasp stiff, could benefit from attention from a professional jewellery, safety chain. Scratches and tarnish to metal consistent with age and wear. In good condition.
