Description
- Gold, sapphire and diamonds
Set with a cushion-shaped sapphire, within a frame of cushion-shaped diamonds, to a plain band, similarly set, inner circumference approximately 160mm, French assay and maker's marks.
Condition
Maker's mark E.S. French assay marks for 18 carat gold. Sapphire measuring approximately 10.6 x 9.2 x 5.4mm, calculated to weigh approximately 4.42 carats, medium blue, with typical inclusions visible to naked eye, surface reaching fissures. Estimated total diamond weight approximately 2.00 - 3.00 carats, estimated colour J-L, estimated clarity SI on average. Clasp secure, slight scratches to metal consistent with age and wear. In very good condition.
