Condition
Executed on cream laid paper, laid down on a sheet of restorer's paper, which is t-hinged to the mount at the upper edge. The left edge is deckled, and the lower edge is unevenly cut. The sheet is slightly time-stained at all four extreme edges, due to previous mounting and not visible when framed. There is a repaired tear running vertically from the upper right edge to the lower centre, diverging into two further tears. There is a further small repaired tear towards the right side of the centre, above the letter 'B' of the word 'Brasserie'. These tears present spots of associated retouching, visible under UV light, and a few further spots of fluorescence on the extreme left and right edges. Otherwise this work is in good condition.
