Condition
The canvas is not lined and there is a thick layer of varnish preventing the UV light from fully penetrating, however UV examination does not reveal any signs of retouching visible. There are some very fine lines of paint shrinkage to some of the thicker pigments. The impasto is rich and textured. This work is in overall good condition.
