Condition
Work is in overall very good condition. The canvas is not lined and the surface is richly-textured. There are a few thin lines of craquelure in the water around the boat and in the sky, above the orange house and toward the upper right corner. Under UV light: a few strokes of fluorescence along extreme perimeter which indicate small retouches to old frame abrasion.
