Designed as a panther, pavé-set with brilliant-cut diamonds and circular cabochon sapphires, the eyes and nose highlighted with emeralds and onyx, signed Cartier, numbered, French assay and maker's marks, case signed Cartier.

Condition
Signed Cartier, maker's mark, numbered 622360 A. Brooch stamped with French assay mark and PT 950 for platinum, brooch fitting stamped with Or and French assay marks for 18 carat gold. Coloured stones well matched and in good condition. Diamonds estimated to weigh a total of approximately 2.50 - 3.50 carats, on average G-H colour and VS clarity, as gauged and graded in the mounting. Signs of little wear to the metal. In very good condition. Gross weight approximately 23 grams.
