The ruby weighing 7.81 carats, measuring 11.74 x 11.02 x 6.27 mm, is of Thai origin, with indications of heating. Rubies of medium strong saturation, the 7.81 carat ruby of slightly darker purplish red hue, both with typical inclusions, some surface reaching, a few minor nicks, scratches and abrasions; for further information please refer to the SSEF report. Diamonds estimated to weigh a total of approximately 2.50-3.00 carats, bright and lively, one small diamond deficient. Signs of normal wear to the mounting commensurate with age. Total gross weight approximately 17 grams.
