The front set with a graduated line of cushion-shaped sapphires between lines of baguette diamonds, on a band of single-cut diamonds, length approximately 170mm, signed Cartier, numbered, fitted case stamped Cartier.
Condition
Accompanied by SSEF report no. 73485, stating that the eleven sapphires are of Burmese origin, with no indications of heating.
Signed Cartier, numbered 6361 S. According to the SSEF report, the sapphires measuring from approximately 4.95 x 4.25 x 2.30 to 5.85 x 4.75 x 2.90 mm, calculated to weigh from 0.5 to 0.8 carat, are blue of medium strong saturation; for further information on the sapphires, please refer to the SSEF report. The sapphires display typical inclusions, visible to naked eye. Estimated total diamond weight approximately 2.00 - 4.00 carats, stones bright and lively. Clasp secure, safety catch. Scratches to metal consistent with age and wear. In good condition. Gross weight approximately 31 grams.
