Engraved 33.90, very likely indicating the carat weight of sapphire. Translucent sapphire of medium saturation with typical inclusions, several small nicks and scratches. Diamonds bright and lively. Normal signs of wear to the metal, scratches consistent with use, solder marks to the shank indicate it to be of a later date, minor evidence of resizing. In good condition. Gross weight approximately 15 grams.
