The handle set with an emerald rough carved as a horse weighing approximately 555.00 carats, the silver-plated blade decorated with yellow enamel patterns and cabochon emeralds and circular-cut diamonds, embellished to the obverse by circular-cut green garnets and diamonds, the green garnets and diamonds together weighing approximately 1.13 and 3.95 carats, mounted in 18 karat gold, blade in silver.

Colour and Clarity: In our opinion, the emerald rough is opaque, of medium light bluish green tone, suffused with whitish and brownish matrix. Surface abrasions and fissures upon reflected lighting. Cabochon emeralds on the blade are of medium green colour, eye clean. Diamonds are about G to H colours, VS to SI clarity. Tsavorite garnets are of brilliant, medium grass green colour, eye clean. Condition: Handle is mounted in karat white gold and the blade is in silver with rhodium plating. Overall in very good condition.
