Simply set with a sugarloaf cabochon sapphire weighing 13.88 carats, to a mount set with brilliant-cut diamonds together weighing approximately 1.60 carats, mounted in platinum and 18 karat yellow gold. Ring size: 6
Condition
Colour and Clarity: According to both Gübelin and GIA report, the sugarloaf sapphire is natural, of Burmese origin, with no indications of heating. GIA report further states that the colour appearance of this ruby is considered "Royal Blue" in the trade. Please refer to the reports for details. In our opinion, the sapphire is of saturated blue colour, eye clean. Upon 10x loupe, there are feathers and crystal inclusions, with a tiny surface fissure close to a prong, not seen to naked eyes. Diamonds are about E to F colours, VS clarity.
Condition: Platinum and karat yellow gold mount, In mint condition.
