Of bombé form, centring on a star sapphire weighing 20.38 carats, to a mount pavé-set with brilliant-cut diamonds together weighing approximately 7.60 carats, mounted in 18 karat white gold. Ring size: 6½
Condition
Colour and Clarity: According to both Gübelin and GRS reports, the star sapphire is natural, of Burmese origin, with no indications of heating. GRS report also states that this sapphire is of "GRS type Royal Blue" colour. Please refer to the reports for details. In our opinion, the star sapphire is of strong blue colour, with distinct and centred asterism (star effect) upon spot lighing. Under 10x loupe, there are only silks and a few tiny crystal inclusions, otherwise quite clean. Diamonds are about E toF colours, VS clarity.
Condition: Please note the ring size cannot be enlarged. Currently is American size 6 1/2. Signs of normal wear to the metal, otherwise in very good condition.
