The front panel decorated with floral motifs, set with circular-cut rubies, sapphires, emeralds and diamonds, opening to reveal a watch, on a gold bracelet, length approximately 190mm, case back numbered, dial signed Cartier, French assay and maker's marks, mechanical movement.

Condition

Rubies of Burmese origin cannot be imported into the US; this piece may contain a ruby of Burmese origin and therefore may not be able to be imported into the US. Accompanied by a letter from Cartier stating that this jewel was created in 1947. Dial signed Cartier, case back numbered 89916, bracelet with French maker's mark and French assay mark for 18 carat gold, mounted in yellow gold. Stones well matched in colour, with typical inclusions, a few surface reaching, and some abrasions and nicks. Diamonds bright and lively. Signs of normal wear to the metal consistent with age and use. In good condition. Gross weight approximately 61 grams.
