Set with a cushion-shaped diamond weighing 2.75 carats, between a similarly shaped ruby and an emerald weighing 2.90 and 2.43 carats respectively, size 52, unsigned.

Condition

Rubies of Burmese origin cannot be imported into the US. We believe this lot contains a ruby of Thai origin however a certification of non-Burmese origin will be required before import of rubies into the US. Please see our Important Notices and contact the jewellery department for further information. Accompanied by GIA report no. 8611398, dated 20 July 1995, stating that the diamond weighing 2.75 carats, measuring 9.62 x 8.37 x 4.46mm, is D Colour, Internally Flawless. Additionally accompanied by SSEF report no. 72994, stating that the emerald weighing 2.43 carats, measuring 9.45 x 8.14 x 4.73mm, is of Colombian origin, with a minor amount of oil in fissures. Unsigned. Stamped 750 for 18 carat gold. Inside of band inscribed 2.43cts, 2.75cts, 2.90 for the respective stated carat weights of the emerald, diamond and ruby. For further information on the diamond please refer to the GIA report. Ruby of medium strong saturation, with typical inclusions, a small cavity on the pavilion facet, and minor abrasion on the girdle, and a large rounded facet over the culet. Emerald of medium strong saturation, with typical inclusions, a few surface reaching. Signs of normal wear to the metal, scratches consistent with use. In good condition. Gross weight approximately 7 grams.
