Comprising: a necklace and a pair of earrings pavé-set with brilliant-cut diamonds of alternating near colourless and black tints, suspending oval and cushion-shaped spessartite garnets, length approximately 395mm, collapsible post and hinged back fittings, necklace signed de Grisogono, maker's mark, earrings unsigned, each with assay marks.
Condition
The necklace signed de Grisogono with maker' mark. Earrings unsigned. Each with assay marks for platinum and 18 carat gold. Spessartite garnets measuring from approximately 12.18 x 10.55 x 8.23mm to 17.28 x 13.54 x 7.96mm, calculated to weigh a total of approximately 68.00 - 72.00 carats, well matched in colour, with typical inclusions, some surface reaching visible under magnification, very few scratches. Near colourless and black diamonds estimated to weigh a total of approximately 32.00 to 36.00 carats. Little sign of wear to the mounting. Necklace clasp secure, safety catch. Hinged back fittings secure, collapsible posts. In excellent condition. Total gross weight approximately 154 grams.
