The canvas is relined. Picture has retained most of its intricate subtle brushwork. The paint layer is thinned somewhat, though was likely applied originaly with very thin glazes to begin with so it likely has remain mostly undamaged. Minor retouches are visible under UV in the background craquelure as well as a couple small reinforcements in the middle right. The hand itself though is in lovely state. Could be hung in its current state. In a carved gilt wood frame.
