The complete portfolio, comprising 76 stains, 1969, signed in black ink on the justification, numbered 23 from the edition of 70, loose (as issued), on wove paper, apart from one which is printed on the silk lining, with the title page and list of plates, contained in the original stamped leather portfolio, published by Heavy Industry Publications, California
Condition
The full sheets, in good condition apart from occasional pressure marks at the tips of sheet corners, a slight undulation to the sheets. Plates 64-67 with soft creases across the tips of the lower left corner, plate 70 with two tiny nicks at the right sheet edge, plate 39 with a crease across the tip of the upper right corner. Plate 27 (Sulfuric acid) with paper losses due to the nature of the staining material (as can be seen in other copies), along with associated staining to plates 26, 28 and 29.
