complete with original flatwoven back and with silk highlights

Condition

Crimson silk highlights in guls and a few ivory cotton knots. Pile near original 1/8in. pile throught with minor scattered moth damage and vertical foldwear showing knotheads. A 5in. by 1/2in. reweave in upper left corner as well as rewoven outer guard border along 3/4 in outer guard border on left side. The left side outer guard border rewoven. Right side intact with original selvages and remnants of contemporary applied blue and red braiding. Upper end with kilim folded under and sewn. Small reweave in kilim. Lower end with ivory kilim back with small holes and stains and remnants of polychrome tied fringes. Supple handle, good condition.
