Pile ranges from near original 1/6in. with areas of foldwear and oxidation low to knotheads. Foundation is showing in oxidized brown areas. Some repiling to oxidized dark browns, Some very well executed repiled foldwear; not extensive. Sides with original two-cord light blue wool selvages with some later overcasting. Partial end guard borders, partially secured with a binding stitch, recommend further securing. Lustrous wool, vibrant color, very supple handle, sound overall condition.
