cartouche shape with bombé sides decorated with translucent turquoise, mounted en cage with gold scrollwork of trophies and birds, set with diamonds and colored stones, the cover with a miniature of an Imperial Russian birth, the front with crowned diamond eagle and cabochon sapphire thumbpiece
