rounded rectangular, the cover chased with a head of beautiful young woman, her flowing hair intertwining with lily pads, gazing onto a landscape of lake bordered by mountains, with green hardstone cabochon thumbpiece, struck with initials MT, possibly for Mikhail Tarasov
