on four massive paw feet, the triangular base applied with oval shields chased with figures of St. Dominic and the Virgin and one engraved with an inscription, tri-form architectural stem hung with swags and husks, detachable top chased with numerous cherubs in clouds surrounded by rays, all secured with a metal rod and the base with a wood block

Condition

one saint has lost tip of his staff, another has lost both arms, losses to sprays of berried leafage flanking shields, splits below stem, top lacking one nut, cross finial loose, otherwise good condition
