of heavy weight, stepped base applied with four Neptune masks with tridents, stem formed as a turret, the body chased with acanthus on a matted ground, each side applied with a shield, one with coat of arms and motto "FORTITER DEFENDIT TRIUMPHANS", handles as fully-modeled hippocampi, cover with a finial of a knight's helmet supporting a lion atop a turret
