Description

  • height 41.5cm, 16 1/4 in.
cylindrical, the bone handle with squared and scroll supports, later nephrite insulators, gilt interior, 84 standard, date mark obliterated

Condition

Very good condition. The right handle very silghtly bent at the top, The body with light dents and scratches consistent with age and use. The gliding in good order. (Khlebnikov was appointed supplier to the Imperial court in 1875, while assay master Victor Savinkov was active until 1888, hence the dating of this object.)
