the three tiers of seashells supported by dolphins and merboys, blue and gilt urn finial, on three gilt acanthus scroll feet, with blue Imperial cypher for Nicholas I

Condition

Various elements of the centrepiece are held together with a long iron rod,and cemented with plaster. An unusual piece in good overall condition.
