of baluster form, the blue body enamelled with floral motifs in opaque white, red and green with gilt highlights, incised cypher for Alexander II

Condition
Very good condition. The underside of the base with light surface scratches consistent with age. Small touches of restoration to the enamel, particularly the white, the gilt paint worn in places. Remains of an inventory number to the underside of the base, visible under UV light.
