Condition
The artist's canvas has not been lined. Ultra-violet light reveals only a small number of minimal pinhead-sized spots of cosmetic retouching, notably towards the upper-right of the sky; elsewhere there are signs of fluorescence in some of the pigments which appear to be the artist's original and not retouching. This work is otherwise in good, virtually original condition and ready to hang.
Presented in a decorative gilt frame.
