Description

Condition

Heavily altered generally, but wonderful fabric. Bodice has new metal zip to one side. Faint perspiration stain and 1cm hole at left underarm. The bodice looks totally re-made. It has cotton lining at the front breast area. I suspect this may have been a single dress and was made into two pieces during the war. Label to the skirt. New zip has been inserted into the skirt. All of the skirt seams are new and have raw edges - the fabric has been cut to make this into a slimmer line skirt. b. 86cm, 34in, w.64cm, 25in
