Condition
This work is in very good condition overall. There are single artist's pinholes at each corner of the sheet. There is a slight undulation to the sheet, inherent to the artist’s working method. There is a small partial tear along the top edge of the work, 16-inches from the left edge. Under very close inspection, there is a pinpoint red media accretion in the upper right corner and a pinpoint yellow media accretion in the lower left corner, both of which appear to be from the time of execution. The sheet is hinged verso to the matte along the top edge. Framed under Plexiglas.

Catalogue Note
"In a period—the eighties—that consciously rejected the grand narratives that had guided human action over the last two centuries, Haring represented the Zeitgeist, the spirit of the time: he was a true artist of the moment, and lived his life with the same intensity and originality as the era with which he will forever be identified."
