the enamel dial with Roman and Arabic numerals and inscribed Berthoud / A PARIS and with letters BY underneath the number 6, the twin train movement is stamped BD and numbered 484
Condition
Please note that the movement has not been checked for functionality. However, the movement is complete and may be put into a working state by a professional horologist. Bell, pendulum and winder present.
The marble base has minute chips to edges. Extensive dirt, oxidization and pitting to gilt bronze mounts. The gilt bronze is lacquered which is scratched. The dial is in good condition with a very minute chip to the proper left keyhole.
