the base and rim formed as shellwork, the body applied with grapevine and engraved each side with arms, motto and supporters all below an earl's coronet, with detachable liners and double-crested collars
Provenance
The arms are those of Vaughan, Earls of Lisburne, for either John 3rd Earl (d. 1831), colonel, M.P. for Cardiganshire 1796-1818, who died in 1831 or his son Ernest Augustus, 4th Earl (d. 1873), M.P.for Cardiganshire 1854-59, and High Sheriff.
Condition
one cooler with a few dents and dings to lower body, both liners with some small dings, overall good condition
