Catalogue Note
Susse Frères (1837-1987). The Susse dynasty started in Paris as early as 1726 with Jean and his son selling furniture. Two generations later, they expanded the company under the branded name Susse Frères, specializing in casting and editions of bronze art from the mid-19th century onwards.
