  • 26.7cm., 10½in. wide
gadroon bordered rectangular, on four paw supports, pierced square bottle holders complete with three silver-mounted cut-glass bottles, engraved with the Crewe crest below a baron's coronet

Condition

marks and condition of inkstand, four of six nuts securing the pierced bottle holders to the stand are missing; two of the bottle holders only are struck with a mark, which appears to be the maker's mark; the condition of the bottles is good except for one which had a chip at the lip, one mount is missing, one is fixed to the bottle, the third is stuck inside its cover, none of the covers appear to be marked but are clearly contemporary
