Condition

The sheet appears sound; cockles slightly otherwise in good overall condition. Held under glass in a simple gilt frame with a beige mount; unexamined out of frame.

Fryston Hall, Yorkshire, was the home of Richard Monckton-Milnes, who is here depicted aged 33 in the foreground with his father on the extreme right, his sister Harriette, brother-in-law Lord Galway and cousin 'Duke' Wyvill, together with other house guests.
