probably painted in London with grisaille portraits of named historical figures on a shaded blue panel within orange, brown and gilt formal Classical borders, comprising two ice-pails, covers and liners, an oval footed bowl, two sauce tureens, covers and stands, twenty five square plates, four oval dishes, four shell shaped dishes and four square dishes, reverses with titles in iron-red
Condition
One ice-pail cover, knop repaired and secured with two rivets.
One ice-pail with a chip to a handle with an associated hairline crack.
The oval footed bowl has some scratching.
One sauce tureen has chips to two feet.
Of the oval dishes, one with section of rim riveted.
Of the square plates, 19 have some form of crack or chip.
All four square dishes and shell shaped dishes are damaged.
