Description
- A small gold patch box, English or German, mid 18th century
- GOLD SILVER-GILT
of shaped rectangular form, the lid chased with a rococo fountain, mirror-lined, later French control marks, 4.7 cm., 1 1/2 in.; a doublé snuff box, rectangular, oval section, reeded within neo-classical borders, lid interior with later Crewe monogram below an Earl's coronet and inscribed: Rue for remembrance, maker's mark rubbed, 16th gold quantity, circa 1825; and an oblong engine-turned gilt-metal snuff box with flowered lid and thumbpiece, lid with presentation inscription, English prestige marks, circa 1830, both 8cm., 3 3/4 in.

First: speckling to mirror otherwise crisp;
Second:back left corner panel detached, discolouring along borders;
small dents and wear to lid and thumbpiece
