- An unusual jewelled gold and enamel feather-form pen, probably Geneva, early 19th century
- gold, rubies, turquoises, enamel
- 18.5 cm., 7 1/4 in. long
formed and decorated as a quill pen, set with a spine of pearls between bands of alternating cabochon rubies and turquoise beads, on a multi-coloured looped enamel ground with banded black-striped stem, the reverse chased as a plume, apparently unmarked, in original red leather case

Condition
Some pearls, turquoises and rubies lacking particularly near tip.Would benefit from professional cleaning. A charming piece.
