Leuchars & Sons, 38 & 39 Piccadilly, containing: a silver and paste hair comb, 1890s; four hair combs; two metal frames; a peach nut pendant, to a curb link chain,  length approximately 380mm, fitted heart-shaped case; a gold and turquoise necklace of repousse linking, 1840s, length approximately 360mm; a silver, gold and enamel longchain, 1900s, composed of twisted baton links accented with four green guilloche enamel wreath motifs, length approximately 720mm; a carved jadeite pendant to a gold snake link chain, length approximately 410mm, jadeite untested; a gold foiled topaz and half-pearl clasp, 1800s, later brooch pin to reverse; a coral, onyx and seed pearl bracelet, length approximately 170mm; a carnelian and seed pearl bracelet interspersed with silver links, length approximately 190mm; a pair of coral  bead earring; a Austro-Hungarian, silver-gilt, green beryl and seed pearl bracelet, 1900s, length approximately 200mm, Austro-Hungarian assay marks; four facetted silver bangles; a silver and enamel serpent bangle; a silver crucifix; three hat pins; three bead necklaces and a collection of jewellery findings including: a silver dress stud; two brooch pins; two rings; one clasp tongue; one chain and two diamond set links.

Condition

Jewel case with scuffs and wear to leather commensurate with age and wear. handle detached but present. Lock sawn open, no key. Paste hair comb mounted in silver with tarnish commensurate with age, good condition. Larger of remaining hair combs with one prong deficient. Nut pendant mounted in gold, fitted case in good condition. Turquoise necklace mounted in gold, later curb link back chain and clasp, five turquoise stones discoloured green. Long chain mounted in silver and gold with some small chips to green enamel wreath motifs. Jade pendant, jade untested, medium opaque green, gold chain. Topaz clasp, mounted in gold, later brooch pin to reverse, clasp tongue deficient. Austro-Hungarian bracelet, mounted in silver-gilt, cabochon green beryls pale green opaque stones, all with typical inclusions, two small green paste stones. Serpent bangle stamped to the reverse, sterling for silver, extensive wear to the enamel and one eye deficient. Crucifix mounted in silver, with tarnish commensurate with age and wear and small dents to the reverse.
