Rubies of purplish red, transparent, typical inclusions visible under magnification, one of the ruby set plaques is deficient, would benefit from jeweller's attention. Cigarette case: stamped 750 for 18 carat gold, Italian maker's mark 28AL, stamped 924 and CIF and the inscription. Secure clip. Both with scratches to metal consistent with use. In good condition.
