Designed as a bird, set with a cushion-shaped diamond of brown tint, accented with cushion-shaped and cabochon rubies, cushion-shaped sapphires and diamonds and step-cut emeralds, later brooch fitting. 

Condition

Rubies of Burmese origin cannot be imported into the US. This piece may contain rubies of Burmese origin and therefore may not be able to be imported into the US. Certification of non-Burmese origin will be required before import of rubies into the US. Please see our Important Notices and contact the jewelery department for further information. Mounted in silver and gold. Signs of rhodium plating. Diamond light brown, measuring approximately 8.7 x 7.7 x 5.8mm, weighing approximately 3.00 carats, heavily included. Rubies of purplish red, sapphires of dark blue, emeralds of light green, typical inclusions visible under magnification. Wings move slightly. Later pin fitting, secure clasp. Abrasions and tarnishing to mount consistent with wear. In good condition.
