The brooch of spray design, set with cushion-shaped sapphires and brilliant-cut, marquise-shaped and baguette diamonds, French assay marks; the ear clips set with circular-cut sapphires and baguette diamonds, French assay marks; the necklace designed as a line of cultured pearls, suspending a cultured pearl drop from a surmount set with brilliant-cut and shield-shaped diamonds, length approximately 450mm.
Condition
Brooch: Stamped PT950 for platinum, brooch fittings with French assay marks for 18 carat gold. Sapphires stated to weigh 2.06 carats, medium and medium-dark blue, with typical inclusions visible to naked eye. Diamonds stated to weigh 9.53 carats, estimated colour G-I, estimated clarity VS. In very good condition.
Necklace: stamped 750 for 18 carat gold. Diamonds stated to weigh 5.01 carats, estimated colour H-J, estimated clarity VS on average, larger stones VS-SI. Cultured pearl drop measuring approximately 17.00 mm in diameter, medium to dull lustre, with some pitting to nacre. Remaining cultured pearls measuring approximately 6.70 to 7.45 mm in diameter, well matched. Clasp secure, safety catch. In very good condition.
Ear clips: Sapphires medium blue, with typical inclusions visible under magnification. Diamonds bright and lively. Clip fittings with hook attachments allowing them to be worn as dress clips. In good condition.
